Can anyone help me with my IBM thinkpad?

I have an IBM Thinkpad 600E and I’m having a hard time getting it started. It takes a very long time to start up and then once it does, it brings up a log in box with the error message: “The system cannot log you on now because the domain IBm-62F7E292DD7 is not available.” Can anyone tell me what this means and how I can get rid of it? Thanks!
