May I, or may I not use RAM made for Compaq in my EpOX Mobo?

I accidentally purchased 2 modules of KTC-EN133/256 thinking that any 256 SDRAM at 133 would do. Is the memory for Compaq not suited for my motherboard? I thought for certain it would work! Did I make a newbie error? My mobo is an EpOX

Here’s what I “need”:
http://www.ec.kingston.com/ecom/configurator_new/modelsinfo.asp?SysID=13906&mfr=Epox&model=EP&root=us&LinkBack=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.kingston.com&Sys=13906-Epox-EP-8KTA2L%2FEP-8KTA3L%2FEP-8KTA3L%2B+Motherboard&distributor=0&submit1=Search

Here’s what I purchased:

Can I install it, or should I just sell it again on eBay?

Thanks!

It would be helpful if I knew which exact motherboard you are using and whether you are using any other modules in conjunction with these two. Generally SDRAM at 133mhz should be swappable, but sometimes there may be proprietary limitations (HP/Compaq?) or issues with using different brands of memory in the same PC.
