FROM 126LBS TO 160LBS?
hi im 16 years old and my stack is optimum nutrition whey, animal pak multi-vitamin and cre 02 by millenium sports technologies( best creatine on the market).
i will be following a good nutrtional diet aswell as an excellent mass gaining routine, i will be working out 4 days per week, with rests in between.
and i was thinking would it be possible for me to go from 125lbs to 160lbs by the end of this summer or about mid september?
please let me know if this is possible, or if i can go hihger than 160lbs.
